As we respect and value your business, we also expect the same respect in return so that we are able to provide you with the best service possible. Please cancel or reschedule your appointment 48hrs prior to the appointment time. In the event you do not follow this policy you will be responsible for paying 50% of the service. If payment is not made you will no longer be able to book.
